Spanish inspection trips
You can be assured of our best attention at all times, however
we believe you should also be free to experience the area for
yourselves.
We would generally recommend that three days is sufficient to get a good idea of the location. We are happy to collect you from the airport and give you a tour of the area before taking you to a hotel. We will spend as much or as little time as you require, showing you properties and sorting out any other requirements, for example, NIE numbers, opening bank accounts and meeting solicitors.
Free viewing trips?
We will not offer to pay for your viewing trip, however, if
you do decide to purchase a property through us, we are happy
to refund the cost of your hotel accommodation.
- A passport sized photograph and a copy of your passport in order to apply for your NIE numbers, if the property is to be purchased in joint names then both parties will need to apply.
- An up to date E111 should you fall ill whilst you are here
- Holiday Insurance
- 3000.00 euros as a deposit should you find your dream home
