A professional, personal and friendly service to help potential buyers find their dream home in the sun. Currently, we operate mainly on the Costa Blanca, covering an area from Alicante to Valencia. However, we have established contacts with other property service advisers, who work in the same way as us, in Almeria and Malaga.
Property consultants Spain The Property Service that we offer is on a no fee consultancy basis. As a consultancy, we work with reputable estate agents and developers, enabling us to offer all types of Costa Blanca properties for sale. We aim to qualify with the clients the type of property in which they are interested, and only show them properties that match their criteria.
The main benefit of our service
is that it saves the clients having to visit all the agents in
the area, they are only shown properties in which they are
interested, and they can therefore view more properties in a
shorter period of time.
If clients are not familiar with the Costa Blanca, we advise them about the area, discover what is important to them, (for example, do they wish to buy property near the sea or near golf, , is a good view important to them etc. Even with these things in mind, often their budget will determine the areas that we can show them. We can also arrange for a hotel, and offer an airport pick up service, which is often a good way for us to show them the area.
Once we start to look at property we invariably find that clients change their minds as to the sort of things they thought were important. For example, clients often say to us "we would like a large living area". However, in Spain we tend to live outdoors most of the year therefore large living areas are not common. It then becomes a compromise.
A helping hand Once we have found the perfect place we then offer the clients assistance to obtain NIE numbers (national identity number), essential if you are buying a Spanish house. If required, we can offer the clients a choice of solicitors, and introduce them.
We can arrange Spanish Mortgages at local competitive euro rates, and we have excellent currency exchange facilities and rates for the transfer of purchase monies. In addition, we can take clients to furniture and haberdashery shops, some of whom offer a complete home furnishing facility.
Helping you settle in Having experienced most of the problems when we moved here ourselves, we remain on hand to help once the clients have moved in. We retain a list of local reliable trades people and removers, and are familiar with the educational system, medical assistance, and the documentation required to both live and become a resident in Spain.
