There are so many Estate agents here in Javea all offering a not to dissimilar service.
We were looking to extend our property portfolio in Javea but where somewhat complacent with which agent to put our faith in.
We were aware of a company called Prime Locations.
Jo & JonTrickett are the proprietors of Prime Locations and have been established in Javea for over 5 years.
Having built up over the duration a reliable and trustworthy business which is supported by a personal service that I have seldom experienced elsewhere.

I placed a call to Prime Locations and spoke directly with Jo Trickett.
Immediately I was made to feel comfortable and at ease as I discussed our property requirements with Jo.
Jo was very quick to note down our overall requirements whilst asking various additional questions which I had not considered at the time.
Jo was able to advise there and then on properties which matched our requirements and arranged the necessary viewings.
Once we had found a suitable property we then had to secure a mortgage.
Prime Locations in addition to its property service are able to offer a fabulous mortgage service with the leading banks, a particular service we were very grateful for.
Our scenario was rather a complex matter when buying our additional property, first impressions looked unfavorable for various reasons, however once the bank manager along with Jo had studied our requirements they were then able to discuss with us several ways forward which made the picture appear clearer and made the complexity more a formality.
Jo ensured her full attention from commencement to completion by way of the mortgage process and of course the purchase liaising with us throughout at all times.
Prime Locations have an excellent selection of properties ranging from new builds, re sales and plots not only in Javea but all the local surrounding areas and catering for all budgets.
Thanks to Prime Locations we have now purchased and moved into our new property.

"We had decided to look for our first overseas holiday home on the Costa Blanca, but were somewhat apprehensive about high pressure selling and the potential pitfalls and complications of buying in a foreign country. We stumbled upon Primelocations.org rather by accident, but Jo and Jon Trickett proved really helpful in assembling a shortlist of potential properties for us to view. Over the two days of viewing, Jon was really friendly and helpful, escorted us round to the various properties and never once tried to persuade or influence us in any way. It was simply a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Having found our property, they could not have been more helpful. We had heard all sorts of stories of unscrupulous agents cutting corners to get the sale to go through and trying to deal from the UK without any detailed knowledge of the local laws and regulations, we were more than a little nervous. However, Jo took care of everything, arranging an excellent local English-speaking lawyer to act for us, setting up and accompanying us on appointments with a local bank, notaries etc. and even sorting out NIE numbers for us. (Quite tricky when the local rules keep changing). Even after completion, they remain willing to offer advice, arranging local services and tradespeople. All in all, a great pleasure to deal with Jo and Jon, who offer a comprehensive, friendly and professional service. We would have no hesitation in recommending them."

From our first phone call to Prime locations untill we finalised our deal and including aftersales service we have been very impressed. When we arrived in Spain Jon Trickett firstly gave us much advice on buying in Spain and made us feel comfortable about doing so. Jon spent much time with no rushing around to show us as much of the Javea / Denia region as we wanted to see. During this time Jon gave us detailed information on all the areas without any pressure to look anywhere in particular. We liked what we saw in the Javea area and took a few days to have a look around on our own.
We then contacted Prime Locations again with an idea of the type of property and basic needs we wanted. Jon Trickett then put together a portfolio of properties which we went to view. Obviously Jon had done quite a bit of research as we found our ideal Villa in a short time.
From the moment we decided to buy the Villa Jon`s wife and business partner Jo came to our aid. Without Jo`s help we would have been lost, Jo helped us to secure a good rate for our money and arranged to have all the paperwork done for us and arranged a good solicitor. We completed our deal soon afterwards and are now the proud owners of a lovely Villa.
If you are considering buying in Spain I would have no hesitation in recommending Prime Locations as an agent as there will be no pressure to buy and as a team they will dedicate their time to you for as long as it takes to find your Dream home.

My partner and I fournd both Jo and John extremely helpful - infact their level of service and help was way beyond our expectations.
I have previously bought a property in Spain, and the contrast between the ease of purchase this time and then was remarkable. They both went out of their way to make things as smooth as possible from initially looking for a property and then once we'd found it, to make the purchase as easy as possible for us.
We had a couple of hiccups with the vendor (an elderly Dutch gent) and his agent, however once again Jo and John went out of their way to reassure us, and indeed on a practical level to ensure the sale went through and the flat was ready for occupation after we had had to come back to England - there was certainly no conflict of interest, they did it purely to make things easier for us. In fact, we are so impressed with them, I have handed the management of my other flat to them.
Josefa was superb - and clearly our interests were of primary importance to her - I mentioned the hiccup with the elderly gent we bought from - this related to him not having paid some death duty taxes before the completion date. Josefa not only found this out but witheld our money until he had paid them to ensure we were not liable in any way.
I hope this has put your mind at rest - I certianly have absolutely no qualms in recommending the whole team at Prime Locations.

The horror stories about buying in Spain, were conspicuous by their absence when I came to the Costa Blanca to buy and live. My experiences were just the opposite. The new bungalow that was promised to be ready in July 05, will now be ready in January 05 and is truly lovely and very well built.
The cheerful professional support I received from Jo Trickett of Primelocations and her colleagues, have made a potentially and traumatic event, fun and a very very positive and a refreshing experience in my new life.
I am now looking forward to the exciting exploration of this fascinating and beautiful country.
